    Very informative stuff. Like how she didn’t take a side with designers or devs.

    Even thought the talk sounds more geared towards larger site’s I think anyone can take away a lot from it. Overall, its all about making the user happy.

    That’s right. I think the main point she’s trying to make is that users are most happy when they don’t have to wait. Everything else comes second.
